COVENTRY CITY 1995/96

Coventry City had just the 4 figures released for the 1995/96 season, all of which were first time original sculpts.

The kit worn for this season was a light sky blue colour shirt with white trim detail with all 4 figures were released in January of 1996.

Dion Dublin was a must to be released and Corinthian did not disappoint with this sculpt, a perfect likeness of the player and wold be used for all subsequent releases of Dublin. Dublin's strike partner at that time was the unpredictable Peter Ndlovu another fine sculpt and one which again very closely resembled the player.

​

 

The other 2 figures making up this quartet were left full back David Burrows and goalkeeper Steve Ogrizovic. The sculpt of Ogrizovic is one of the most accurate ever released as Corinthian even sculpted him with a bent nose, they really did adhere to every detail.

All figures were released as a single blister pack, coming with collector cards and a collectors information file.
